95% customer satisfaction with our service


This is the result of a recent client survey amongst our contract clients (in February 2017), i.e. those clients we visit on a regular basis to deliver our pest management programme.

We asked 5 simple questions about the technician, communication and reporting with results between 92 and 96%.

We have been asking for client feedback from our one-off clients after individual pest treatments for several years, which has always showed very good results. Surveying our regular clients for feedback was a natural progression.

To be honest since switching to yourselves from our previous provider we have had much better service and the overall communication is excellent in regards to solving issues and suggestions for improvements.
