Personal Guarantee – from James Ostler, MD

I have thought long and hard about what guarantee we can offer. We have all seen guarantees that cannot or won’t be backed up, using the small print to wriggle out of obligations. Pest control is dealing with the uncertainties of nature and treatments frequently require client input, therefore any absolute guarantee to be pest free will only come with a substantial price. In our experience clients want a sensible balance between level of service and cost.

Pest Control is a partnership, therefore, my personal guarantee is that Positive Environmental will:

  • Provide a high standard of pest management and control
  • Maintain strong communications with you
  • Give you information & guidance, including advice on what you need to do
  • Respond quickly to your needs
  • Not apply pesticides unnecessarily
  • Look after your health and safety
  • Meet all relevant legislation and official guidance
  • Meet all our contractual obligations

In addition, we aim to:

    • Always meet your expectation
    • Deliver a pest free environment

From you the clients side all we ask in return is that you implement our recommendations, or seek further clarification from us, if you are not sure or do not agree with our suggestions.

James Ostler,
Managing Director
